Monica Cruz, the younger sister of actress Penelope Cruz, spotted leaving Le Pain Quotidien with her boyfriend, Spanish television actor Alexander Gonzalez. Monica played her sister's body double during several scenes in "Pirates of the Caribbean 4" due to Penelope's pregnancy.
