While out and about enjoying the afternoon shopping in Beverly Hills, Ca with her pooches in their Louis Vuitton travel carrier, singer Ciara gets nailed with a parking ticket on February 22, 2011! Even with the unpleasant turn of event Ciara was able to smile it off and head back on her merry way!
