Sophie Monk attempted to block the paparazzi from getting any shot of her as she left a local CVS stores in West Hollywood, California on June 30, 2010. Sophie looked as if she rolled out of bed and just put on whatever was on the floor in a pair of ripped jeans rolled up to show off her studded boots with a vintage rocker shirt and a messy hair do.
