A tired-looking Lindsay Lohan out until the wee small hours as she attends the Electric Daisy Carnival in LA with friends, including British socialite Lady Victoria Hervey. Wearing a pair of knee-high boots to cover her SCRAM device and a strange chain thigh bracelet, Lohan happily posed for photographers outside the festival, but was rather more camera-shy when she left at around 02.30am on Sunday morning.
